Providing the date of birth is optional at the time of application. If you wish to provide your date of birth after you have met Collegiate Village's financial requirements you may leave this field blank, but will only be approved on a preliminary basis.

After you provide the date of birth, if criminal records are found, the move in may be cancelled. Any application fees, security and/or rent deposits will not be returned if the move in is cancelled after preliminary approval.
